DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Support CI events by collecting data documenting processes and preparing basic reports to enable accurateanalysis and follow-through on improvement activities.
Assist with process mapping 5S activities and waste identification to build foundational CI skills and contribute toproject outcomes.
Maintain project documentation standard work updates and basic metrics to ensure visibility and sustainment ofimprovements.
Participate in kaizen events and improvement workshops to gain hands-on experience with Lean tools and team-based problem solving.
Monitor simple operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately to support timely resolution and maintainworkflow stability.
Coordinate meeting logistics materials and communication for CI initiatives to ensure smooth execution ofimprovement activities.
Collaborate with team members across functions on assigned tasks to build cross-functional understanding andcontribute to team progress.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Business or related field preferred.
Basic Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
Experience
02 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement.
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma concepts preferred.

Physical and/or Mental Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger handle or feel office equipment objects tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and identification peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions
This position typically works on-site . The working environment is generally clean; however this position may be exposed to occasional dust metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise office/business casual attire consistent with site specific safety guidelines is appropriate.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $63000-$70000 USD per -time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.
