Summary
DAS Services is seeking a customer-focused Operations Manager with experience overseeing the day-to-day operations maintenance and development of Information Technology program this role you will manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support and serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation maintenance and development of MACC-TTE
Manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support for testing training and experimentation events including gathering planning and executing customer requirements for support
Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan coordinated with external agencies
Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects budget and schedule
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects
Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays
Perform backup duties for the Program Manager if required
Required Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance
Possess a Bachelors degree in Network Engineering CyberSecurity Information Management or a related discipline OR Have 7 years experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoW experience
Have 7 years experience in cyber range or computer testbed environments
Have 2 years experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
Possess strong project management skills with the ability to plan execute evaluate and lead Cyber training programs
Experience in OT/IT technologies cellular systems networking and IT management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting physical infrastructures telecommunications and radio frequency networks and the electromagnetic spectrum
Experience working in a Cyber Range simulating real-world environments across physical logical and cyber-persona layers which can be used for research development testing training and evaluation
