What Youll Do
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules budgets and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients architects engineers subcontractors and internal teams.
Lead project planning scheduling procurement and execution activities.
Review drawings specifications contracts and project documents for accuracy and completeness.
Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Monitor project budgets approve invoices manage change orders and track financial performance.
Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor materials and services.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.
Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field preferred.
4 years of project management experience in commercial construction design-build or general contracting.
Strong understanding of construction processes project scheduling budgeting and contract administration.
Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
