Konik is partnering with a well-respected locally based construction firm to add a Construction Project Manager to their Development team. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with design-build experience particularly in hotels multi-family or healthcare projects. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with other PMs across the firms development projects helping to ensure successful execution while providing hands-on support and insight into the construction process.

Construction Project Manager Development Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and execution support across multiple design-build projects including hotels multi-family and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with Development and Construction teams to align project scope schedule and budget.
• Review project plans drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent.
• Assist in developing basis of design target values and cost estimates for new projects.
• Facilitate coordination with architects engineers contractors and owners during the design and preconstruction phases.
• Participate in design reviews site visits and milestone meetings as needed.
• Support project closeout activities and lessons-learned initiatives.

Construction Project Manager Development Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role with hands-on design-build exposure.
• Strong understanding of construction processes methods and scheduling practices.
• Experience with hospitality multi-family healthcare or institutional construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a team.
