Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for project administration from sales kickoff to final completion including;
- Maintaining project documentation and managing project deadlines/ Q/A-Q/QC budgeting
- Assist / coordinate with Project Managers for the successful delivery of the work.
- Review of project deliverables and developing the project Schedule of Values.
- Confirm materials required generate P.O.s and track to meet delivery date RFIs SOP drawings.
- Confirm subcontractors required generate P.O.s manage required insurance requirements to meet corporate compliance.
- Tracking project progress and performance. Identify issues that will cause negative variance remotely with field team.
- Coordinate with Project Team members and interact with Finance Team for billings and monthly project financial forecasting.
- Traveling to job sites
- Track change orders collaborating with sales
- Develop & execute AIA billings.
- LOTS OF PAPERWORK
Key Interactions:
- Internal:Construction and Service Project Teams Project Managers Finance Team President Director of Operations and General Manager.
- External:Clients acting as a Dynaire representative.
- Keeping all paperwork in line
