In this role you will be working as a Construction Administration Specialist for a client that works in the architecture industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed from concept to completion.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role can be worked remote as long as someone is in Texas.

Pay; $/Yr.

Job requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Architecture etc..
Experience with construction administration - able to review plans shop drawings submittals etc..
Able to wok with project managers contractors vendors and clients
Track project milestones schedules and deliverables
Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and best practices
Knowledge of construction codes permits and safety regulations is a plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
