What Youll Be Doing

As ourCommunity Manager youll be the heartbeat of the property leading operations inspiring your team and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity
• Coaching and developing your team to thrive
• Managing budgets rent collections and resident communications
• Overseeing leasing processes and compliance
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal
• Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
• Promoting safety compliance and community engagement
• Other tasks assigned

Who You Are

Were looking for someone who brings energy leadership and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of multi-family leasing management experience
• Strong financial and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A high school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Bilingual skills (a plus but not required)
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
