This work study position will be designed to fit the skills and interests of the right candidate. The primary focus of this role is managing the Union College Community Connections portal which links students with volunteer opportunities. This position will also support projects/events supported through the Kenney Center for Community Engagement and Outreach.

Hours/Shifts Available: As you are available
Rate of Pay: $9:70/hr

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Keep Community Connections portal updated - including user profiles group affiliations volunteer opportunities agency accounts events and initiatives.
Responsible for extracting data from Community Connections producing and sharing regular reports on volunteer hours for various stakeholders on and off campus.
Support large-scale community engagement events including service days collaborative events with local schools and various division-wide programs.
Qualifications:
Must be a Union College student who is eligible for work study
Must be available to work at least one Common Hour (12:50-1:40pm) each week
Must be attentive to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest in data analytics and accessible reporting methods
General proficiency in Google Workspace is required
Location: Schenectady NY
