Whatyouwill do:

• Manage assigned commodity buy lines including sourcing issuing purchase orders and executing day-to-day vendor communications.
• Maintain strong working relationships with partner vendors to ensure competitive pricing dependable supply and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and open purchase orders to support product availability demand forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Actively manage and resolve back orders shortages and delivery delays in coordination with vendors logistics and internal teams.
• Review and resolve billing discrepancies invoice mismatches pricing issues and work cross-functionally with accounting teams as needed.
• Participate in vendor performance reviews and support quality delivery and cost improvement initiatives.
• Assist with product transitions line reviews and sourcing initiatives including cost-saving projects and supplier evaluations.

Whatyouwill bring:

• Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and pricing data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required).
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• This job is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Repetitive motion of wrists hands and/or fingers.

Schedule Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Compensation - $55000 - $60000 based on experience
