What You Will Do

Step into a high-impact sales role where opportunity is strong and growth potential is even stronger. As a Commercial Sales Executive youll lead the charge in expanding Johnson Controls footprint across Altoona and Greensburgtwo markets primed for growth.

Youll act as a true trusted advisor and brand ambassador helping customers modernize their security solutions with cutting-edge technology. This is a role for a driven seller who thrives on building relationships closing new business and delivering long-term value to customers.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships and winning new commercial customers in a high-potential territory

  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell add-on and system upgrade opportunities

  • Own your territory with autonomydevelop call plans prospecting strategies and pipeline management

  • Be the face of Johnson Controls Securityclearly articulating our value as an industry leader in integrated security solutions

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through post-installation follow-up and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Build a strong network through referrals partnerships and Centers of Influence

  • Stay ahead of the industry by maintaining deep product knowledge and understanding evolving client needs

What Were Looking For

Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to engage senior-level decision makers

  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

  • Local travel within territory

Preferred

  • 2 years of successful commercial sales experience in security technology or IT

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • College degree

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $53000 - $75000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project quarterly and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
