Dynaire a Crete United Company is hiring aSr Sales Executiveto drive growth across service agreements preventive maintenance contracts and retrofit projects in the Long Island market. This is a high-impact sales role for aseasoned MEP/HVAC professionalwith a strong track record of closing commercial service and project contracts.

Only applicants with MEP or HVAC service sales experience will be considered.

• Develop new business and manage existing commercial HVAC accounts

• Sell service contracts preventive maintenance and retrofit project solutions

• Lead RFP responses proposal development and bid follow-ups

• Build strong relationships with business owners facilities leaders and executives

• Travel 50% to job sites client offices and industry events across Long Island and NYC

• 5 years of B2B sales in HVAC/MEP/service contracting required

• Proven ability to prospect present and close in the commercial space

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Strong communication CRM (Salesforce) and organizational skills

• Competitive base salary up to $130k DOE uncapped commission and annual bonuses
