Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative family-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business working with small to middle-market accounts and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time in-office position based in Apache Junction operating Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $55000 annually for the first three years with commission splits on new and renewal business (details to be discussed during the interview).
• 4th Year Compensation: Transition to commission-based earnings from your book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of business focusing on small to middle-market accounts including construction manufacturing and small businesses.
• Handle all aspects of account management including renewals quoting marketing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) endorsements and account servicing from start to finish.
• Attend Chamber of Commerce and networking events to build relationships and grow the book of business.
• Conduct client visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Utilize the agencys prospect portal to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a focus on generalist books of business. Experience with general liability workers compensation directors & officers (D&O) cyber liability and professional liability is preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
