Assignments are available throughout Columbus Canton Beavercreek West Chester and surrounding communities in Endoscopy Orthopedics Spine Ophthalmology and General Surgery. Choose from flexible per diem shifts or contract assignments ranging from 4 to 13 weeks with compensation based on the assignment selected.

What Youll Do

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care before during and after surgical procedures

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for surgery

• Circulate surgical cases while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety

• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers and surgical technologists

• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative experience

• Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures

• Ensure compliance with facility policies infection prevention standards and regulatory requirements

• Promote efficient surgical workflows while delivering exceptional patient care

What Were Looking For

• Active RN license

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred where applicable)

• Experience circulating surgical cases required

• Experience in ambulatory surgery or hospital operating rooms preferred

• Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to professionalism reliability and patient safety

• Must be at least 18 years of age
