Job Summary
Education:
Registered Nurse.
Licensure:
Licensed in the state of practice.
Experience:
Three years of clinical patient care experience in Emergency Medicine ICU Flight EMS or similar healthcare setting.
Certification/Registration:
ACLS PALS TNCC
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Skills Knowledge and Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills. Work well with minimal direction. Have extensive knowledge of the Health System as well as knowledge of trauma. Serve as a resource to staff families and physicians. Have the ability to defuse stressful situations and handle multiple tasks. Good problem-solving skills as well as being resourceful. Working Conditions Mental and Physical Requirements: Ability to deal with stressful situations. Standing/walking for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree certification (TCRN CEN CPEN CCRN).
Education: Bachelors degree.
Licensure: Licensed in the state of practice.
Experience: 3 years clinical experience in a critical care/trauma setting; Trauma and ICU nursing.
Certification/Registration: TCRN or CEN or CPEN or CCRN.
Other Skills and Knowledge: Trauma Registry Knowledge Excel knowledge.
