What Youll Do
As a Coiling Associate youll be part of our team located in Danbury CT. Youll get to:

• Set up operate and maintain coiling and related production equipment to meet quality and production standards while following all safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Work under the direction of the Foreman or assigned intermediary.
• Set up and operate a variety of machinery such as mandrel coiling strip machine wire mills milling serrating cut-off Torrington notching strip feed or reel side machine; notching machines; finishing machines or punching devices
• Maintain setups by replacing perishable tooling and keeping machines production-ready.
• Clean color sort and package inserts/parts as required.
• Inspect your own work to prescribed quality standards and correct issues immediately.
• Accurately complete required records (counts time and production reporting).
• Operate inspection and production reporting systems as required.
• Immediately notify supervision of problems delays quality concerns or safety issues impacting production.
