Monday through Friday
2:30 pm to 11:00 pm / 10% shift differential

A day in the Life:
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
Provide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanics
Participate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
High school diploma or GED Required
Experience
3 years in a mechanical role
Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
Knowledge Skills Abilities
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16$42.25.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
