CNC Machinist (Entry Level)

Win-Tech Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC MachineOperator / Manufacturing Technician who is eager to learn reliable anddetail-oriented. This is a great opportunity for someone interested inmanufacturing machining or engineering with the appropriate background andaptitude.

We machine titanium aluminum stainless steel andadvanced aerospace materials. Your work will support defense aerospacemedical and commercial industries helping create parts that truly matter.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines under the guidance ofexperienced machinists and supervisors

Load and unload parts and materials

Follow written and verbal work instructions andshop floor procedures

Measure parts using basic tools (calipersgauges etc.) to ensure quality

Perform basic deburring and finishing operations

Conduct simple daily machine checks and reportany issues

Keep your work area clean organized and safe

Work with team members to meet production andquality goals

Learn basic machining concepts materials andprocesses through on-the-job training

Follow all safety and company procedures

What Were Looking For (No Experience Required)

High school diploma or GED

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to learn technical skills and followdetailed instructions

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbsduring a shift

Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Nice to Have (but not required):

Technical school coursework or interest inmachining/manufacturing

Experience in a shop warehouse or industrialenvironment

Your own tools (calipers micrometersindicators edge finders etc.)

Climate-controlled aerospace job shop
