Yampaglia Law is seeking a dependable organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support the firms administrative and legal operations. This is a fully remote work-from-home position open to qualified applicants located anywhere in the United States.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently has strong computer and typing skills and can maintain a high level of accuracy while handling confidential this role you will enter and update client and case information maintain electronic records review data for accuracy organize digital documents and provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Enter update and maintain client case and administrative information in company databases and case management systems.
- Review information for completeness accuracy and consistency.
- Verify and correct data entry errors when identified.
- Scan upload label and organize electronic documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital files and records.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Assist with document preparation and general administrative tasks.
- Support attorneys paralegals and administrative staff with data-related requests.
- Protect confidential client and firm information.
- Follow established procedures for records management and document retention.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required deadlines.
- Communicate with team members through approved remote collaboration tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous data entry administrative records management or office experience preferred.
- Strong typing computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated professional workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience working in a law firm professional office healthcare insurance or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM document management or legal case management software.
- Experience processing high volumes of records or documents.
