Job Summary

Title: Cloud Systems Analyst

Location: 701 W. 51st St. Austin Texas 78751
Telework Policy: Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon & Wed) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).
Duration: On-going no ending date
Visa: Must be US Citizen Green Card EAD. No H1B

Requirements/Preferences:

8 years Required - Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps Git CI/CD pipelines)
8 years Required - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
8 years Required - Expertise in Snowflake administration including: Access control and security (RBAC least privilege) ; Performance tuning and warehouse management
8 years Required - Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data engineering tasks
8 years Required - Experience with containerization and orchestration (AKS preferred)
8 years Required - Knowledge of data pipelines ETL processes and cloud data integration
8 years Required - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and platform integration
8 years Required - Experience with Azure Monitoring and Log Analytics including: Centralized logging alerting and dashboarding Security monitoring using audit logs and metrics
8 years Required - Familiarity with monitoring logging and observability tools
3 years Preferred - Experience implementing AI-enabled data platforms (e.g. Snowflake Cortex / ML pipelines)
3 years Preferred - Experience with Infrastructure as Code
3 years Preferred - Knowledge of data security compliance and governance frameworks
3 years Preferred - Prior experience in public sector or large enterprise environments
2 years Preferred - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
2 years Preferred - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
2 years Preferred - Attention to detail and commitment to best practices

Analyzes user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system:
Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input how data is to be; summarized and formats for reports.
Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in AI integration Azure cloud platform and Snowflake administration responsible for building scalable and secure data and AI pipelines.
Strong experience in CI/CD automation using Python and cloud infrastructure ensuring efficient deployment monitoring and performance optimization.
Provides end-to-end DevOps support including security governance (RBAC) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud and data solutions.
