Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for designing implementing and supporting secure scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Kubernetes (AKS) Terraform and DevOps practices with a passion for automation cloud-native technologies and operational excellence.

This role will work closely with application development security and platform teams to ensure cloud environments are optimized for performance security scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services within Microsoft Azure.

• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

• Administer and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments including deployment scaling upgrades and troubleshooting.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.

• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows utilizing Argo CD.

• Collaborate with development teams to deliver secure scalable and high-performing application environments.

• Monitor system performance availability and resource utilization using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

• Implement cloud security governance compliance and access management best practices.

• Support modernization initiatives including migration of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure deployment and production issues across multiple environments.

• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and ensure application availability and uptime.

• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation operational procedures and platform standards.

• Provide production support and incident resolution as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

• Proficiency with Git and source control best practices.

• Strong understanding of cloud networking security identity management and access controls.

• Experience supporting web applications APIs and cloud-based platforms.

• Knowledge of high availability scalability disaster recovery and performance optimization.

• Experience with automation scripting and operational tooling.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps deployment methodologies.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native architectures.

• Knowledge of Azure Policy and cloud governance frameworks.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana Prometheus Loki and OpenTelemetry.

• Familiarity with React application environments from an infrastructure support perspective.

• Exposure to AI-enabled operational and platform engineering practices.
