Were looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead coach and develop our talented team of therapists while helping shape the future of one of Ohios most innovative childrens behavioral health programs.
This role combines clinical leadership staff development quality improvement and a limited therapy caseload allowing you to continue practicing while making a broader impact on children families and clinicians.

Compensation
Salary is based on experience licensure supervisory designation and leadership experience.

What Youll Do
As the Clinical Services Manager you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical staff while ensuring exceptional care for the children and families we serve.
Clinical Leadership
- Supervise mentor and develop licensed therapists and clinical interns
- Support Therapy Services with coaching and performance management
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and clinical excellence
- Assist with onboarding orientation and ongoing staff development
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor documentation quality and clinical outcomes
- Conduct clinical audits and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with agency standards CARF requirements and payer expectations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome reporting
Clinical Practice
- Maintain a reduced therapy caseload
- Complete assessments diagnoses treatment planning and therapy
- Support families through evidence-based interventions
- Provide consultation on complex clinical cases
Program Leadership
- Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows
- Assist with community presentations and professional outreach
- Promote best practices and evidence-based care
- Participate in rotating after-hours clinical consultation
What Were Looking For
Required
- Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or related field
- Active Ohio LISW or LPCC independent licensure
- Minimum 3 years of post-independent licensure clinical experience
- Experience providing therapy to children and families
- Strong communication coaching and leadership skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- LISW-S or LPCC-S designation
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience training interns or clinicians
- CARF or quality improvement experience
- Experience within PHP IOP or intensive outpatient behavioral health

Physical Requirements
This position requires occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds) frequent movement throughout our treatment environment and the ability to safely respond to behavioral crises involving young children.
Work involves exposure to active therapeutic environments that may include loud noise emotionally escalated situations and physically aggressive behaviors.
