NOTE: This role requires at least one year of experience in external sales customer service or the Real Estate Title industry. This is a client-facing role.

Whatyoullown

• Client relationships: build and nurture connections with new and existing clientslearningtheir needs anddeliveringa closing experience that keeps them coming back to Northwest.

• Closing excellence: perform notary closings both in-office and on location with precision professionalism and a focus on exceptional experience for all least 50% of your time will be dedicated to conducting notary closings.

• Document management: prepare organize execute and ship closing packages with strict attention to accuracy and completeness.

• CRM ownership: diligentlymaintainand update the customer relationship management system to track client activity communication and follow-up.

• Community presence: represent Northwest at industry events on social media and through networking activities that build goodwill and name recognition in your market.

• Team collaboration: partner closely with Closing Services teams to create a multi-layered client relationship that reflects Northwests values at every touchpoint.

Required qualifications

• Active Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain within45 daysof employment)

• Minimum one year of experience in external sales customer service or real estate

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently stay self-motivated and manage a varied schedule including some evenings and weekends

• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the region asrequired

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office CRM software and social media platforms
