- Maintain accurate and updated client records in the companys CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations is a plus
