What Youll Be Doing

Client Relationships

- Serve as the go-to advisor for your client portfolio
- Deliver strategic insights tax planning and advisory support
- Build long-lasting trust-based partnerships with business owners through regular meetings and consistent communication
- Help maintain process excellence and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the team

Accounting & Tax Oversight

- Oversee monthly accounting operations and tax processes
- Prepare business and personal tax returns (S 1 and more)
- Ensure compliance and minimize risk across federal state and local levels

Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Streamline workflows and implement best practices for efficiency
- Foster a collaborative growth-minded team culture

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

- 58 years of accounting experience (public accounting or client-facing

experience preferred)

Strong understanding of:

- General ledger and reconciliations

- Financial statement preparation

- Multi-entity or multi-client environments

- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)

- Experience with sales tax payroll and compliance filings

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Clear and professional communication skills

- CPA or EA is a plus but not required
