Job Summary
Main Purpose of JobThe primary purpose of this position is to maintain the facility in clean and orderly condition. The incumbent will perform cleaning duties in the controlled manufacturing environment as well as other areas in the facility such as laboratories recycling areas floors rugs walls glass and rubbish Job ResponsibilitiesAdheres to Viant Values and all safety environmental security and quality requirements including Quality Management Systems (QMS) FDA regulations and company building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or and empty clean and supply and polish furniture and windows glass partitions and furniture walls machines and cleaning solutions according to laboratory equipment using appropriate procedures for use of chemical cleaners and building security and managers of repair other duties as RequirementsKnowledge / EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDJob Experience02 years of experience in facility maintenance/cleaning; hospital or controlled room experience / CompetenciesControlled Manufacturing Environment cleaningPhysical RequirementsExtended periods of bending lifting sitting and standingSignificant use of handsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs occasionallyMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment
