Compensation & Freight
Sign-On Incentive: $10000 paid out over the first 36 weeks.
Pay Structure Options:
65% gross revenue of all loaded miles (plus 100% pass-through of shipper fuel surcharge).
Settlements: Paid out weekly every Friday.
Freight: 75-85% Drop and Hook. Dry van regional or OTR
Dispatch: 100% self-dispatch via our internal 360 Box and Expanded Load Board. Pre-plan up to 3 loads at a time. Includes Find An Asset (FAA) technology to locate trailers instantly. We operate mainly east of I-35 and expect ICs to run a minimum of 5-7 days out at a time to be successful. This is not a semi local or local position whatsoever.
Weekly DeductionsBase fixed deductions average $272.65 weekly (or $222.65 if running your own plates). Fixed costs drop significantly after 6 weeks and 30 weeks once equipment deposits are met.
Plates/Permits: $50.00 (If using our plates)
Trailer Repositioning & Tech Fee: $25.00
Auto Liability Insurance: $24.65 ($35k coverage; optional if using a 3rd party)
ELD Connection: $23.00
Dash Camera: $50.00 (Only for the first 6 weeks then you own it)
Escrow: $100.00 (Only for the first 30 weeks)
Note: There is a one-time $150 pre-hire drug screen fee deducted from the 1st or 2nd settlement.
Truck: Must be a sleeper (20000 lbs or less). 5th wheel must be 47.5 inches or less. Must have a 9-Pin plug-and-play port for the ELD.
Inspections: Must pass a U.S. DOT Inspection dated within 60 days
Required Documents: Title (front/back) Bill of Sale Paid 2290 (Cat V) Active EIN and Lease Agreement (if applicable).
Insurance: Physical Damage Bobtail and Occupational Accident insurance are required.
