As a Center Director you are a TLE Happiness Ambassador. You are passionate for creating a happy and safe space that ensures our little learners have the best environment to Learn Play Grow. As a TLE Happiness Ambassador you will be fully equipped to share TLEs world class curriculum state of the art technology characters and programs. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current families and ensuring they experience why Happy Happens Here.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values.
  • Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained supported and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their childs learning and development.
  • Manage the centers budget including financial planning and reporting and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
Compensation: $65000.00 - $72000.00 per year

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
