Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat providing accurate and helpful information. Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex problems to senior agents or relevant departments when necessary. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product features with clear and concise instructions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic chat experience. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system ensuring detailed records are kept. Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to management for continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Collaborate effectively with team members to share knowledge and best practices. Requirements: Excellent written communication skills in English with strong grammar spelling and punctuation. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Empathetic and patient approach when interacting with customers. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online communication tools. Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays as per business needs. A quiet and dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection. Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service role (even internships or volunteer work) is a plus. A bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
