Responsibilities
Provide direct care for Long-Term Care residents
Assist residents with ADLs hygiene mobility and comfort needs
Support nursing staff with daily resident care tasks
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident safety dignity and confidentiality
Follow facility policies care standards and infection control practices
Work collaboratively with nurses and care team members
Requirements
Active CNA certification required
Minimum 1 year CNA experience required
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Must be dependable self-motivated compassionate and team-oriented
Must be able to work 5 night shifts per week
Holiday coverage required as needed
Candidate must arrange their own housing
