Key Accountabilities

• Support investment and insurance sales activities by opening new client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
• Provide responsive service to advisors and clients by answering questions resolving issues and processing transactions.
• Manage transaction workflows by submitting documentation monitoring pending activities and ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with banking and regulatory requirements including BSA and KYC/KYA/CIP standards.
• Coordinate with operations teams to support account maintenance documentation and commission processes.
• Enter and maintain financial planning data CRM updates and client activity records accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering to support risk management and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with team members on onboarding training and departmental projects as needed.

Education & Experience

• Associates degree in Finance Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Less than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience supporting investment insurance or banking operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial account administration processes.
