As One of Our Summer Camp Team Members You Will:
Supervise and engage children in a safe nurturing and fun camp environment.
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities games crafts and outdoor experiences.
Support childrens social emotional and physical development through play-based learning.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
Communicate positively with families and team members.
Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming classroom and camp space.
Foster a positive atmosphere where children can learn explore and make lasting memories.
Qualifications
Genuine passion for working with and caring for children.
Previous experience working with children in a camp childcare school recreation or educational setting preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be reliable energetic and able to work collaboratively with a team.
Must meet all applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
