Job Summary
Job Description: Call Center Representative at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about the companys hemp-based CBD products
- Assist customers with placing orders resolving issues and answering product-related questions
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with CBD products and wellness industry is a plus
