We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and team members are essential. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients across various specialties including Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU and Operating Room.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage case coordination and provide hospice care when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and patient progress.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in hospital home health or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment medication administration and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Valid drivers license car insurance and access to an automobile for fieldwork.

• Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas.

• May require flexibility for on-call duties and varying shift assignments depending on patient care needs.
• Work environment may include acute care hospice and home health settings.

• Part-time position with a 13-week duration and 30 hours guaranteed per week.
• Shift assignments to be determined based on facility needs and patient care requirements.
