Business Development Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our proposal repository ensuring efficient data organization and retrieval.

• Act as a key player in the collection analysis and management of information supporting business units company-wide.

• Innovate and refine processes representing the proposal repository during Change Control Board (CCB) meetings. Coordinate and execute actions from CCB and working group meetings including tracking and implementing systems-related tasks.

• Design and deliver insightful annual reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics MS Excel and Power BI highlighting key business metrics and trends.

• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating feedback and lessons learned translating insights into actionable reports.

• Empower users through creating instructional materials conducting training sessions and providing hands-on support.

• Lead and contribute to the automation and enhancement of various business processes and systems.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and Power Platform with a willingness to master new technologies.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Autonomous work style capable of meeting goals and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.

• High attention to detail coupled with the capacity to produce a substantial volume of high-quality work.

• Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; a management or technical field is preferred though extensive experience may substitute for formal education.

Desirable Skills:

• Background in business development capture or proposal-related work.

• Experience in data/configuration management.

• Proficient with data visualization tools especially Power BI.

• Familiarity with VBA and advanced Excel functions.

• Understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
