Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Track activity and sales progress through CRM systems
Stay informed about hiring trends and local market opportunities
Qualifications
Previous sales staffing recruiting or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new accounts
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Experience using LinkedIn CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
