Job Summary

Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time traveling field sales role that will work directly with facility staff. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities with pre-identified skilled nursing facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and gathering facility leads setting introductory meetings with facility staff managing a sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM and re-engaging past opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development sales or account management preferably within healthcare or related services.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building networking and stakeholder management to engage providers and facility leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication including presenting new ideas and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working on-site and collaborating cross-functionally with clinical operational and administrative teams.
  • A genuinely kind and curious demeanor in the face of rejection.
  • A persistent demeanor and a desire to learn everything you can about the industry.
