What Youll Do
Identify pursue and close new business opportunities across North America
Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and hiring leaders
Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and earlystage engagement
Partner closely with a team of recruiters to ensure timely highquality candidate delivery
Oversee the full business development lifecycle from outreach to signed engagement
Track pipeline activity revenue progress and conversion metrics
Identify upsell crosssell and longterm partnership opportunities
Maintain strong communication followthrough and executivegrade client interactions
Meet and exceed revenue targets tied to commission structure
Requirements
57 years of experience in business development sales or client acquisition within staffing recruiting or talent advisory
Strong understanding of North America hiring practices and delivery models
Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships
Experience partnering with recruiter teams to support candidate placement
Strong communication negotiation and executivepresence skills
Entrepreneurial mindset motivated by performance and earnings
CRM experience (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) preferred
