Job Summary
Universal EV Chargers is seeking an energetic confident and motivated individual to join our Business Development team. This part-time opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales customer communication lead generation and business development while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up with existing leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Educate prospective customers about the companys products and services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the senior business development team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the companys CRM/ERP system.
- Conduct web research and perform administrative tasks including data entry and preparation of Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of daily activities.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Meet daily and weekly call lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Submit daily progress reports to the assigned supervisor.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Previous experience in tele calling customer service sales or business development is preferred but not required.
- Competitive hourly pay of $8.00 per hour plus performance-based commission for every signed Site Host Agreement.
