Universal EV Chargers is seeking an energetic confident and motivated individual to join our Business Development team. This part-time opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales customer communication lead generation and business development while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
Available Shifts
First Shift: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Second Shift: 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
Applicants may choose the shift that best fits their availability.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up with existing leads.
Deliver compelling sales presentations while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Educate prospective customers about the companys products and services.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the senior business development team.
Maintain accurate customer records in the companys CRM/ERP system.
Conduct web research and perform administrative tasks including data entry and preparation of Microsoft Excel and Word documents.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of daily activities.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Meet daily and weekly call lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Submit daily progress reports to the assigned supervisor.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and other computer applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude self-motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Previous experience in tele calling customer service sales or business development is preferred but not required.
