Candidates will be required to work on-site
Interviews will be onsite

Lead requirements discovery for large complexcross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives.

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholdersproduct owners technical teams vendors and leadership to drive clarity andalignment.

Analyze current-state and future-state businessneeds including gaps risks dependencies and impacts across teams orsystems.

Create and review business process modelsworkflows and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.

Translate business objectives into clearbusiness functional stakeholder non-functional reporting and acceptancecriteria requirements.

Ensure requirements are complete testabletraceable and aligned to business outcomes.

Identify downstream impacts across systemsoperations reporting training policy organizational change and otherbusiness areas.

Partner with Product Owners Scrum MastersProject Managers developers QA OCM/training and business leaders to supportrefinement and delivery.

Review requirements artifacts created by otheranalysts and provide coaching feedback and quality control.

Support consistent BA standards templates andmethods for requirements gathering and documentation.

Proactively identify risks assumptionsconstraints dependencies and unresolved decisions that may affect successfuldelivery.

Communicate complex business and technical informationclearly to both leadership and delivery-team audiences.
