Cloud Citrix Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting operating and optimizing the companys Citrix virtual application and desktop environments across a hybrid infrastructure footprint including on prem data centers colocation facilities and public cloud.

This role supports Citrix DaaS/CVAD NetScaler/ADC access services and underlying compute platforms such as VMware virtualization hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and Google Compute Engine (GCE) as a cloud native hypervisor.

Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on prem and Google Cloud platforms.

Support on prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments that underpin Citrix and application workloads.

Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms assisting with capacity planning performance troubleshooting and lifecycle activities.

Support cloud native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix hosted and supporting workloads.

Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers StoreFront Citrix Cloud Connectors Provisioning Services (PVS) Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Workspace.

Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access load balancing and traffic management.

Monitor system health performance and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures.

Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident problem and change management processes using ServiceNow.
