Job Summary
BAS / Controls Project Manager
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced and motivated BAS / Controls Project Manager to lead Building Automation and DDC controls projects from initial planning through commissioning and final closeout. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with clients field teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BAS/DDC controls projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate technicians programmers engineers subcontractors vendors and commissioning teams
- Monitor project schedules budgets job costs materials and change orders
- Oversee submittals control sequences installation planning startup commissioning and project closeout
- Maintain clear communication with customers project stakeholders and field personnel
- Support problem-solving efforts to keep projects moving efficiently and successfully
- Ensure projects meet quality safety and performance expectations
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing BAS HVAC controls or DDC systems projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls systems automation networks and DDC applications
- Experience with platforms such as Niagara Siemens Johnson Controls (JCI) Honeywell or Schneider Electric
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications control drawings and sequences of operation
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Experience with ERP or construction/project management software is a plus
