As the hub of our daily operations and often the first point of contact for customers youll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that sets us apart and helps our business thrive.
Responsibilities:
Handle reorders and warranty claims
Assist customers in showroom and over the phone
Provide administrative support
Unload product from delivery trucks
Cross train into all areas of office administration
Keep our CRM updated
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma two-year degree preferred but not required
Prior customer service experience
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Motivated self-starter
Great organization
Ability to prioritize and be flexible
Basic computer skills
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19-22/hour (based on experience)
