Branch Operations Support Specialist

CleanHarbors is seeking aBranch Operations Support Specialist to provide advanced support for BPS Sales & Operations teams across the country. They are responsible for managing key/regional account set up & reporting researching and resolving account discrepancies troubleshooting order issues system training sessions and assisting Account Managers Directors and VPs with other advanced special projects as needed.

• Manages support for best business practices and processes for US/Canada locations.

• Manage key regional and government account set up and maintenance including monthly reporting requirements.

• Research and take necessary steps to resolve technical account discrepancies including cash application errors credit application pricing errors etc.

• Should be aware of current Company procedures and policies and have the ability to help implement these procedures. Must also be aware of any impact (negative or positive) that a procedure will have on the field.

• Routine review and handling of BPSSupport email inbox and collaboration with GCC-BPSSupport as needed to fulfill requests.

• Develop working relationships within the organization.

• Play a key role in process review and SOPs for optimal sales performance.

• Supplemental training

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills - including active listening skills

• Track and handle multiple projects and tasks

• Creative problem solver

• Dependable and punctual.
