Billing Auditor

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a part-time Billing Auditor to join our team. You will be responsible for auditing transportation documents and billing records for accuracy verify scanned images and data entry against source documents identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Schedule: 3:00 PM; Monday-Friday. No Weekend work!

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Auditing scanned documents such as bills of lading proof-of-delivery forms invoices permits and driver logs.
• Verifying that images and documents are legible complete and correctly indexed in the companys document management system.
• Comparing digital records against shipment data to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies regulations and customer requirements.
• Correcting document classification or errors.
• Audit pros in billing workflow for data entry accuracy vs BOL image.

To be qualified for this position you must possess the following:

• Basic computer skills and experience with imaging/scanning software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Data entry and document management experience.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience with imaging/scanning software.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills
