Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY: Will be responsible for developing planning organizing implementing and coordinating a variety of activities relating to Behavioral Health programming Alcohol and other Drug programming agency certification accreditation and other agency projects as identified. Will provide daily oversight of project activities including close monitoring and coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
DUTIES:
1. Implement assigned Mental Health Alcohol and other Drug and Agency projects; coordinate project activities with appropriate staff and project partners.
2. Ensure compliance and attainment of project goals and objectives in a timely manner developing and implementing detailed work plans.
3. Work with appropriate staff and partners to implement evaluate and report on project activities; provide training and technical assistance to staff as needed to implement project activities.
4. Maintain communication and relationships with outside partners as appropriate; represents projects in the community; maintain communication with community agencies involved in the project.
5. Collect analyze and report data to monitor project outcomes; generate and present reports as needed.
6. Prepare written reports minutes agendas and other project-related correspondence for internal and external distribution.
7. Will provide assistance in the creation and monitoring of program budgets within Behavioral Health.
8. Meet regularly with Behavioral Health Program Director to review activities identify priorities.
9. Attend and participate in staff meetings
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Masters Degree in Counseling field and/or Licensure required.
2. 3 - 5 years progressively responsible experience in Administration and/ or Human Services.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrates knowledge of fiscal and program operation systems.
5. Pass agency paid criminal justice screening fingerprints.
6. Pass agency paid TB (Tuberculosis) screening.
7. Pass agency health screening or drug testing if required.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality according to agency standards.
9. Possession of a valid California Drivers License if using agency or own vehicle for agency business and proof of valid auto insurance coverage.
10. Pass agency paid MVR clearance with no more than 2 points - if you are under the age of 25 our insurance company will not allow any points

6. Participate in assigned scheduled agency meetings in-service trainings conferences and other trainings as determined by the supervisor. This includes serving as an agency representative at assigned community meetings.
7. Observance of assigned working hours and program appointments by demonstrating promptness and thorough preparation.
8. Performance of assigned duties with a positive attitude and in the spirit of teamwork collaboration and cooperation.
9. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
10. Perform job duties in a safe manner to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
11. Participates in and/or supports agency fund development activities and events.
12. Preparation of assigned reports work records statistical data job performance evaluations work plans a timely manner.
