The BDC at Theodore Robins Ford plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and supporting service operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to the service department scheduling service appointments and maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly specifically for the service department
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the service department
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Collaborate with service teams to optimize customer experience
  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns and lead generation activities related to service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or BDC role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
