BDC Agent / Cashier

Pay: $15.00 per Hour Commission

We are seeking a customer-focused BDC Agent/Cashier who will help schedule service appointments assist customers with the checkout process and handle incoming calls. Previous automotive experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule confirm and manage service appointments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Check service customers out and process payments accurately
- Maintain customer records and appointment information
- Support the Service Department with administrative tasks
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Customer service cashier call center or dealership experience is a plus but not required
