The ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. As we continue to invest in people we are hiring a Sr. Talent Advisor to help us expand our footprint across the country and ensure as many children have access to ABA services that need them. As a Clinical Talent Advisor you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought after talent (clinical) across ABC.
What Youll Do
- Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
- Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
- Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (ex. Behavior Analysts In Training)
- Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports status updates and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Experience solving complex problems designing creative strategies and delivering impact as a talent leader.
- Fun go-getter personality that plays well with others and has the grit to get the job done
