What will I be doing

As a Bartender you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Serves food and beverages to members owners and guests; anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any and all requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Immediately greets and acknowledges all arriving members owners and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in accordance with departmental procedures
• Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company.
• Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in bar and cash bank accountability.
• Maintains positive guest relations through good communication skills proper demeanor correct body language and eye contact to ensure customer happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience.
• Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members owners and guests; thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again with a genuine and professional demeanor.
• Clears and resets tables as needed.
• Completes all closing side work inspecting for cleanliness sanitation and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself.
• Takes ownership of any guest problems and resolve them according to departmental guidelines.
• Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers room capacity hours of operation and proper table set-up.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the culinary field required.

License & certifications

• Health Card must be state/county-specific.
• Food Handlers Card must be state/county-specific.
• Alcohol Awareness Training Certification must be state/county-specific.
