Job Summary
Were looking for a Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding service in our lobby and/or rooftop this role youll prepare drinks and serve food promptly and courteously while maintaining the highest standards of quality consistency and hospitality. The ideal candidate is organized thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches challenges with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Most importantly youll create personalized memorable experiences for every guest by delivering attentive and engaging service. This is a tipped non-exempt position reporting to the Shop Leader. The hourly base pay for this position is $10.30 per hour plus eligible tips.

What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests
- Will work at both the Hotel Hive Lobby Bar and Hotel Hive Rooftop Bar
- Quickly attend to guests anticipate their needs keep drinks filled deliver a memorable experience
- Be familiar with all ingredients menu items to best navigate the guest experience
- Think on your feet use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Serve up tasty perfect mixed drinks on our menu as well as special guest requests
- Create a warm and welcome atmosphere
- Adhere to food handling security safety standards
- Be able to to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feet regularly
- Must be TIPS certified
- Must be at least 21 years or older
